At Mr E Masks, all our products are carefully made to order with craftsmanship and precision to deliver unique pieces. Because we produce each item individually by hand, we appreciate your patience as we create each one of a kind product.

Production Time

All our masks are handcrafted to order, production typically takes 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed. This may vary depending on design complexity, order volume and seasonal demand. 

Shipping Time

Once completed, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on your delivery destination. All shipments are sent via an express fully trackable courier service. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local carrier performance, especially during peak shipping times or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Express Service

If you need your order sooner, we offer an Express Service on request. This option can significantly reduce production and/or shipping times. This is subject to design feasibility and scheduling availability. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm options and associated fees.

International Shipping

We are happy to say we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply once the order arrives in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays & Support

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, customs processing, or material supply issues may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
